Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector
Due to the small molecular structure of helium, we use helium as the medium to ensure the leakproofness, the ion rod and ion source in the instrument can analyze the helium content in the inlet air and detect the micro-leakage, which is an authoritative leak rate detection tool in the industry.
Spectrometer
The machine analyzes the thickness of nickel and gold plating to ensure the parameters meet the customer’s requirements. The thickness of the nickel and gold plating layers within the qualified range can ensure that the welding performance and pull-off force of the product meet the requirements.
Two-dimensional Detector
The machine can be used to measure some parts that are difficult to measure with calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. For small places or tricky angles that can’t be measured with a micrometer, it can use light to make more accurate measurements like an X-ray.
Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber
The finished product is put into a constant temperature and humidity test chamber, and taken out to test insulation to verify the humidity resistance and temperature resistance. The specific temperature, humidity, and test time are determined according to the company’s requirements.
Constant Temperature and Humidity Climate Simulator (self-innovate)
Due to the different climates in different regions (such as cold and dry areas, high temperature and high humidity areas), the insulation performance of the product will be different, and the test can be carried out according to customer needs to simulate the environment, for example, the tropics, the middle east, and other regions.
Manual Inspection-Appearance&Dimensions
Our finished products will transfer to the quality inspection department, and technicians will use calipers, video microscopes, insulation resistance testers, and magnifying glasses to inspect the appearance and dimensions of the finished products to meet the standards.
